While I'm sure this would be great for someone who has a large urethra, it is NOT for beginners. It's almost 9mm wide, and as others have said in other reviews, has an edge that you definitely can feel RIGHT at the widest point of the bullet. Also, the point where the cord goes into the egg part does not look water-proof, but I did not test it. The vibration has an adjustable dial about half-way up the cord (another flaw), though it is pretty strong. Unfortunately though, unless you can comfortably fit 9.5mm-10mm or larger, or plan to use it in any other orifice or externally, don't bother with this toy. There need to be smaller sizes, and to fix the design flaws with the two-piece assembly.Edit: After purchasing a second one (that has a completely different design: two bullet pieces instead of one and controlled by USB), I can say these are absolutely NOT worth it. This one has splits where the two pieces of the silicone bullet come together and weren't glued/molded together properly. This makes a slight crack where it will irritate you or even cut you if you're smaller and using this to stretch. DO NOT BUY.
